🦋 Payment must be sent within 24 hours after winning.
🦋 The adoptable will be relisted or sold to the previous highest bidder if payment is not sent within 24 hours.
🦋 You own the character only after I have received full payment.
🦋 All goods are made and sent digitally.
🦋 NO ANONYMOUS BIDS.
🦋 NO REFUNDS.
🦋 NO TRADING OR SELLING TO ANYONE ON MY BLACKLIST.
🦋 NO CO-OWNING.

🌺 Payment is in $ USD.
🌺 I accept payments through PayPal invoices ONLY.
🌺 I (the seller) will be in charge of all Paypal taxes/transaction fees.
🌺 You must send me a note or DM with your email attached so I can send you an invoice.

🌙 Credit me on all art/stories/merch as the original design creator.
🌙 You can only resell the adoptable at a lower price than what you bought it for.
🌙 You MUST tell me who the new owner of the adoptable is if you resell it or give it away.
🌙 For any type of commercial use, you MUST contact me first.
🍑 WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE 🍑
🍑 The digital artwork I made of the adoptable in high resolution (watermark will still be included).
🌼 WHAT YOU’RE ALLOWED TO DO 🌼
✅ Make art, stories, RP, fursona, fursuit, cosplay.
✅ Add accessories.
✅ Change some of the design (you must keep the design recognizable).
✅ Commercial use (you must contact me first).
✅ Resell and trade (you must contact me first).
🔥 WHAT YOU’RE NOT ALLOWED TO DO 🔥
❌ Make illegal/illicit material, hate speech, etc.
❌ Claim the design as made by you.
❌ Co-own a design.
❌ Be rude to other buyers or bidders.
‼️ANY BREACH IN THIS TOS WILL CAUSE YOU TO BE BLOCKED AND BLACKLISTED FROM BUYING/WORKING WITH ME AGAIN!‼️
