Hi everyone, It’s Husdingo.
Currently there is some problems with bidding due to my lack of experience on YCH.
I should have been more specific with rules with bidding in YCH.
Because of that many of those who participated on ‘Monthly hang out YCH’ is either unsatisfied or confused.
I’m terribly sorry about how it turned out, and to those who participated in YCH.
From now on, any YCH in the future will include this following rule.
>> Auction end time will extend 15 minutes if there’s a bidding in the last 10 minutes. And after original end time, bid will be finished 10 minutes after the highest bidder.
(ex, If the end time is 08:00am. If anyone bids 07:45~08:00, end time will be moved to 08:10am.
After the original end time (08:00am), If ‘A’ bids 08:05am, ‘A’ will be the winner if no one bids till 08:15am.
If ‘B’ tops ‘A’ at 08:12am, ‘B’ will be the winner if no one bids till 08:22am)
>> Your bidding time will be determined precisely by the comment time.
(ex. If the comment time says 08:01am when the end time is 08:00am, the bidding will not be valid)
(I'm not sure way FA's EST is 1hr different, so exact time will be --> https://time.is/ET)
>> If a winner fails to make the payment within the time frame (24hr after I send a note) I’ll RE-AUCTION for that slot.
>> Person who has failed to make the payment, he/she will be banned from future YCH auctions.
For this YCH ‘Monthly hang out’, I’ve been thinking how to make everyone happy.
But since my rule on YCH lacked with essential information, I believe there’s no right answer but to RE-AUCTION all the slots again.
I sincerely apologize again to those who participated in YCH.
And will keep working on it so that YCH will be a positive experience to everyone.
