So i commission alot yeah? And sometimes the artists cant add certain details or just dont have the time, so...
My question is, is it wrong to 'edit' them myself? Ive been editing pictures since i was younger but it never occurred to me that it could be wrong or rude until i started commissioning, i would only be doing it to my own comms

I think that that highly depends on the artist's preferences and what it is you're editing. If you ask and they say it's okay, I'd say you can go for it. No matter who says what, though, it may be best imo to specify that it's an edit.
