Christmas can mean a bunch of different things to a bunch of different people. Regardless of how or why you celebrate it, I wish you all a very merry Christmas. I hope you all achieve whatever goals you have set for yourself. I hope those of you with mental disorders make significant progress on the road to recovery.

To those of you who have failed or feel like you have failed, just remember: you've never truly lost, as long as you learn from this experience and get back in the metaphorical saddle, you're still in the game. "The only loser is the person who fails at something and refuses to learn from it." There will always be a tomorrow, and tomorrow means opportunities to try again and learn.
