Terms of Service.
• You must be 18 years or older to order any type of art from me.
• I do not have a short strict deadlines. I'm trying to do my best, the time depends on level of complexity and number of characters. Also according to a current queue. 1 character simple shaded ~ 1-2 months.
• I reserve the right to reject commission without an explanation, or I can ask you to return later. Please understand.
• I will not be responsible for “back-up files” of commissioned artwork if the client ends up misplacing or losing the file(s) of said commissioned artwork.
• Currently, I accept PAYPAL payment
• Payment process: 100% prepayment OR 50% prepayment and 50% after approval of the sketch. (Your choice)
• I do not do refunds. Please spend your money wisely.
HOW TO FILL COMMISSION REQUEST:
• Write ALL necessary details in one letter.
• Provide clear and concise visual reference and/or description of a commission.
• Your character's references should be clear, FLAT colored, featuring ALL important details such an accessories, tattoos, hairstyle etc. In case if you don't provide those details, I reserve a right to draw it how I see this myself.
• Send me your character's reference, as much important details as you know about the character. Sometimes I need to clarify which race it is, the height, sizes, gender, type of genitals, etc. It will be better if you write it first.
• Write about the background, wished type of shading, surrounding details. Or you can mention that some of details can be done to my choice.
• You will have the opportunity to direct alterations like about THREE SIMPLE ALTERATIONS on commission containing a single character, ONLY in the sketching stage. No major changes will be included in this, for example: entire poses being redone.
• I will only fix errors after the sketching stage if it is one that was an obvious mistake made by me (ex: reference showed a necklace and I forgot to add it into the commissioned artwork).
• Some types of background MAY be considered, and is subject to an extra fee due to level of complexity.
I prefer nature backgrounds, so be ready that room, house, castle, city background will cost extra.
