Having just come from the theater, I'm happy to report that Sing 2 is every bit as fun, upbeat and sweet-natured as the first film. The story is silly fun, the characters remain lovable, and the design and animation seem a bit more ambitious this time around. It's a somewhat showier and better-looking movie than the first. If you liked the first one as much as I did, you'll have a good time with this one. And if you've never seen the first one, please, give it a try. I know it seemed like sort of a weak sister to Zootopia when it came out, but it does have it's own special charm. There's furry fun to be had here.
