I'd have to go with smell, although not really strong smelling pee... The scent (or multiple scents) involved with marking, i'd love to bury my face in someone else's wet crotch and sniff them, if i wet myself then i sometimes enjoy my own scent, and sometimes i'll wet underwear and then let it dry multiple times to get them stained and smelling really strong!
Although for me it's mostly the sight of someone else peeing/wetting/marking and the feeling of doing it instead! I love omorashi and desperation too, so it's the feeling of having a full bladder and trying to hold it for as long as i can, feeling my control starting to slip... Both are fun! Outdoors is more of a thrill, especially if it's in public and there's a risk of getting caught! But then there are a few more things that can be done indoors in private, that can't always be done outdoors... Unless it's in a private spot... ;3

I prefer drinking, but you need both to have balance! Here's my big theory: it depends on hydration. Concentrated, dark, smelly morning piss? Fantastic for marking, stinks up the place wonderfully. Makes it feel like a gruff, no-nonsense top who doesn't give a shit just dropped his pants and unloaded here to mark it as his. Clear watery diluted piss? Muy bien for drinking, there's lots of it and it tastes fantastic. Doesn't have the sharp flavor that makes morning pee so hard to drink without gagging. Obviously I'd still pop a boner in my little cage from getting a free drink regardless of hydration, though.
7. Indoors or Outdoors?
There's a lot to be said for both. Indoors is where 85% of life happens anyway, it's where there are more people to show off to/hide from and more hihinks to be had. But on the other hand, if you've never unloaded a full bladder of beer piss into a warm wet muzzle in the middle of a cold, calm forest, I invite you to try it sometime. My boyfriend says it's very therapeutic~

Definitely clothed. I love absorbent clothing, and even fursuits that can retain the scent, and hold the wetness against me, rather than most of the pee being wasted by running off a naked body.
5. Drinking or Marking?
I love marking and being marked, as it spreads the potential staining and smell all over! I'll happily drink from any fur who needs a willing mouth, but it doesn't do a lot for me. I'm always eager to hydrate anyone who is thirsty though.
6. The Smell or The Taste?
The smell. The scent of pee on fabrics or fur is intensely arousing to me, especially when it is allowed to dry and accumulate, like the smell of a bedwetter's room. The taste doesn't do much for me, but it doesn't bother me either. I simply love to retain and maximize the wonderful scent on my plushies, fursuits, clothing, sneakers, etc. I'm instantly aroused if I smell a strong pee scent.
7. Indoors or Outdoors?
Both are equal to me. It mostly depends on the environment in the area where the peeing will happen. There needs to be available things to pee on after all, so a totally empty room, or an empty field, would not be ideal.
8. Romance or Punishment?
I'm not into punishment at all, and would likely turn down an offer to be peed on if someone were intending it as a punishment against me. I don't see peeing as a punishment, unless someone makes it clear that it's their intent. Wetting is normally very arousing and fun for me. As for romance, I don't have a strong preference on that. I love to cuddle while pissy, wet and smelly, but I don't typically have feelings of romance. My actual feelings of romance tend to be what one might expect from Mr. Spock! But, I'd still enjoy cuddling the piss out of you all night long, if you like! Pee cuddling is insanely fun. :)
