[Important] OnlyFans Locked My Account

Two days ago when I tried to post the newest part of Jasmine's sequence on OnlyFans, I was instead met with an error message that simply said "Something went wrong". I refreshed the site and tried again, and I got the same error. I assumed that it was just something weird going on with the site as a whole, so I decided to wait until the next day.
Yesterday I tried posting it again, only to be met with "Something went wrong".
I then tried to post a text message to inform my subscribers of the issue, only to be met with "Something went wrong".
Next I tried to send PMs to my subscribers, only to be met with "Something went wrong".
As something was clearly very wrong, I went to OnlyFans support and tried to submit a support ticket, only to be met with "Something went wrong".
I then tried to contact OnlyFans directly (which you can only do via their site), only to be met with "Something went wrong".
With no other alternative, I went and PM'd their twitter account and explained the issue to them. Today I got their response where they said that they had temporarily locked my account while, and I quote: "Your profile is being reviewed by our Compliance team to ensure its compliance with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy."
They never notified me of this. And because I can't message them via OnlyFans, this is the only way I can let them know of what's happening.
So yeah, best case scenario: all of my posts will be delayed on OnlyFans. Worst case scenario: they permanently take down my page. :/

But seriously though, yeesh, that sucks. And right after we had the whole "nsfw removal" scare. Ugh. :/
But yeah, it's not very fun. :(
They've been incredibly vague and unhelpful so far, so I have no idea what my account is being "investigated" for. Honestly, at this point it might actually be a better idea to switch to Patreon, since there's no telling when (or if) they'll unlock my account. :/
