Update #46 - Don't Panic

Howdy folks, I'm not feeling too hot at the moment.
I'm currently dealing with some ominous messaging from AirBnB. The company billed us (roommate and I) today after we extended our stay to February to cover the fragile period where he is earning his first paycheck and I'm covering the cost of living. I owe 1480 dollars and change. My net worth currently is 800 dollars of liquid currency. I was told it wouldn't be due until after the initial time had run out, so I am down 600 bare minimum and left in the dark with how much time we have to pay. AirBnB's messaging is insistent. At the same time, we still paid for our stay through January 11th. It's not obvious what to expect.
Suffice to say, I'm trying not to panic. It is difficult. Especially difficult after finding that neither of us have good enough credit to apply successfully for an apartment.
I hesitate to ask, but if you have already agreed to do a commission with me and haven't paid, please do so. I don't want some corrupt agency putting us at risk of losing a roof over our heads. If this is too much to ask of you, I understand.
Likewise - donations help. It's painful to put this out there, but even a little will help us through. If I have to put up a Gofundme to get through January, then things have already deteriorated past the point where I could have reasonably resolved this.

Once this crisis has been resolved, we will resume regularly scheduled uploads. Hope this is just a scare, and not something lethal.
