Important information

There have been pricing changes and some refinement of what I will and won't do, most notably breasts on non-mammalian
species. There are no longer predetermined types (bust/portrait/fullbody) for each tier.
Expressions of interest forms will be open on 10th of January Australian EST and close 1st February for me to process and get back to applicants.

General Information

My art focuses on creatures and non-human characters.
Payment is on completion except for a deposit required on specialised tiers.
All communication to be conducted via email unless otherwise decided.
All prices are USD.
I reserve the right to not take a commission without given reason.

Won’t draw:
Copyrighted children's characters**
Human characters*
Anything promoting racism, homophobia, queerphobia, or intolerance of a minority group.
*Humans are not my forte. I will draw a human in the presence of a monster or creature, or transforming into one, but not solo.
**This covers things from franchises aimed towards children like Steven Universe, Gargoyles, or Disney princesses. It does not cover things from adult media like yautja or xenomorphs.Fan-characters are generally allowed, but it’s always best to ask. If you have a character who is a species owned by someone else, that you bought/were gifted, this is allowed.

Pricing

General Tiers

All price is for a single subject. Additional subjects from $25.

Sketch $25-$50
All sketches slightly refined, no rough gestures, and are white filled or with rough flat colours.
Clean lines $50-$75
Cleaned, refined linework, white filled or with refined flat colours.
Rendered $75
Fully rendered images with cleaned, refined linework, full colours, and simple shading.

Specialised Tiers

Pricing on these specialised tiers are subjective and will vary piece by piece. Each bracket indicates the minimum starting rate.

Illustrations from $100
These pieces are finely detailed painterly style and the end result is print quality. This price is inclusive of basic backgrounds or environments. These pieces may include NSFW and professional natural, scientific, or feature illustrations (SFW). Previous illustration experience includes article feature pieces and natural history.
Concept work for creatures or characters from $75-$100
Price isvariable depending on the end goal of the concept eg. a standalone image, or some kind of reference material. Previous clients have utilised this to overhaul an old character or develop a creature from existing concept sketches.

Add Ons

Backgrounds $10
Basic backgrounds may be added to any level. Backgrounds are simple and loose and may involve vague shapes or rough gradients. No complex backgrounds outside of illustration tiers.
Monotone render $5
Take any piece at a general tier and add a simple monotone rendering. This is basic to slightly detailed shading in greyscales.
