TF drives with like, the stages getting more and more extreme, or something similar seem to appeal to people. Multi slot YCH stuff can also be a somewhat easy one, since you have the base, mostly. General commissions, as well, can help supplement, even if you pick and choose. A group ych kinda thing can also work to get multiple people once. As far as "drive" specific, goes, I've personally seen reasonable success from artists doing weight gain drives, and you draw lovely chubby characters, so it could work. They don't tend to be solely money driven, though, is the thing >_>

I';ve seen like growth/expansion drives work for artists in the past.

Like say draw a character who's overall thicness increases with every drive goal. I think with your characters and style that could work

I'd agree with crehvan in regards to YCH stuff. Only slight modifications needed on the body and then colors. Or maybe do rough sketch or lineart comms, something you can process more quickly for a lesser amount to try and get more total pieces?

Crehvan and Jaywnk are right. You just need to have a subject (or people can pay to be the subject, and leave some kinks/ideas and then leave some minor direction) and then go from there. For example, my very well-received comic:

Combine their ideas. Let people bid to be the subject, then either you can have stages of TF, maybe let people vote for the changes with their when they donate. Meanwhile, do a multi slot YCH (one character, not a group YCH)

This probably isn't helpful, but maybe a small discount for a short time on commissions. Like - one time I was going to spend just 150 on a comic commission, but the artist game me a buy two get one free, so I sprung for it. IDK.
