This is a quick read for those who hate reading full TOS
(This only briefly covers or pinpoints the most important aspects of my TOS that are most often broken, forgotten or overlooked. If you choose not to read my full TOS be sure to read this for your own knowledge and clarity on my art and adopts.
*You may resell characters you have purchased from me for the same price of purchase unless including extra art then you may adjust the price to fit the amount spent on additional art.
*you may adjust price of a character to fit art you made of them. But please make sure not to over price your pieces of art and charge extra accordingly
*You may not sell a gift under any circumstances! You can only trade it, regardless of if it’s a gift from me or someone else!
*credit me if posting a species created and owned by me
*do not scam others with characters created by me. Example don’t offer a person a $15 adopt in exchange for a $200 character with multiple pieces of art when you only have a base adopt image no extra artwork added. This is you literally scamming the other person for something you want and they don’t have any idea of the value difference.
*do not use any of my art for NFTs or cryptocurrencies etc…
*Do not steal my art or claim my adopts/characters as your own
*do not claim any of my species as your own (unless you purchased the species rights from me!)
*all artwork payments must be sent within 24 hrs of claiming or winning and auction.
*by buying from me you accept I may use any pieces of art I create as examples for an advertisement
*I do refund if a decent amount of time has passed but please understand it may take me a little bit to get the funds in order for your refund. (Send me a message to discuss privately)
Breaking adopt/character rules for reselling/trading may get you blacklisted/banned from the species/future purchases. I do not take kindly to this as you are literally making a profit off my art, my hard work and my skill.
By purchasing any art or adopt from/by me you understand you are automatically agreeing to having read and understood the at least this TOS and if you have any questions you will reach out to me directly in a note or discord message.
