The footer is the truth.
I hope if you play any of their games, you prepare to say goodbye to them in their current state by 2023! Activision Blizzard's CEO is in hot water over cancel culture and some of the shady things his employees have done. Now MS has moved in to buy them out and take over. They'll replace everything they can. Probably even force you all to use Windows 10's XBOX crap in order to play anything ever again. Or worse, they might force everyone to use Windows 11 to play their games anymore. Say goodbye to Battle.net, no more Starcraft 2 or anything! Unless you get some sort of MS XBOX integrated special account.

You might have to eventually get a Microsoft account though, yes. It feels a little more seamless that way, though, in my opinion, no need to have a bunch of different accounts. Of course, that’s just personal preference.
He also told me I should be happy logan Paul inflated the market on Pokémon so there’s that too
Plus with what has been going on with Activision and Blizzard, that's probably the best thing that can happen to them after their shitty behavior. And hey, maybe COD might become good again (Kappa)
End of the day it's more game for less money for me thanks to game pass so screw it let Ms buy out everyone. Hopefully EA is next or smaller studios like fromsoft, might actually get a new armoured core game then instead of yet another dark souls reskin.
