After that Xbone 1 launch debacle where the stupid Kinect 2 and 24/7 online was MANDATORY and they retorted to criticism with. "If You Don't Have Internet, It Don't Buy It" I was DONE giving Xbox any benefit of the doubt since then. And with this announcement any console gamer with a functioning brain (of which alas there are too few) should sell their Xbox outright.

as for a class action lawsuit, I don't have much confidence especially with the US.
The judges in the US are some of the most corrupt and will side with the billion dollar corpo damn basic human rights.
Maybe in Europe Microsoft can be fined. But not the US where billion dollar corpos run the nation.
The ONLY reason Microsoft is a billion dollar corporation is because Papa Gates owned the federal judicial system in the West Coast. (and Grandpapa Gates ran the Federal bank in Seattle)
Meaning that Microsoft throughout the 80s and 90s could not be SUED for technology theft, market manipulation and bribery.

And for some reason these sexual harrasment allegation kept sticking in the media. (Billion dollar Activision couldn't silence it).
All the activision media shills turned their backs on Activision.
California state started an investigation of sexual harrasments in Activision and as a result their shares started sliding.
And out of nowhere Microsoft buys them.
These series of conveniently timed events will start people thinking and talking in future.
