With some money I finally scrapped together enough to buy am art pad. This doesn't mean that I'm going to just take a com out of no where and charge $1,500. I plan to work on regaining my old skills (they weren't the best but still where pretty good) and working on making adoptable's using some bases I bought last year. I plan to do a very fair price for the amount of time I spend on each one. I might possibly stream me working on them or when I finally feel my skill has come back even stream a com or two. The com streaming is up for debate but I will work hard to improve. And also yes with the bases I have I will be taking requests (prolly charge a little more for those) on gender and colors. More updates will happen when I get my art pad and get to working :D
