its a mutated version of the raptor during Jurassic world period that scientist experiment build to be commanded by the military weaponry for war but the General was not satisficed with the outcome and didn't obey the command and was highly aggressive to the laser when it was pointed at it but some was dumb and decide touch it and got bite hard reveal that it was toxic bite and the man falls twitching until there was no pulse

(instead two legs it four with the the small hand on the chest its tail is long and toxic bites also they can't shift)
