It sucks that such disclaimers need to be made at all, but that's the fandom we're in I suppose. I've never bashed anyone for using art of my character as reference material (as a normal-looking bre with accessories, I can see why it can help others with bre characters), but I did have to get stern on one person before who was just straight up pretending to be my character, and boy did that feel weird. Thankfully they didn't fight me on it and just complied from my first message, but I know not all imitators will be that understanding when they get called out.

Also, to anyone else reading this - some sites have rules regarding who can make reports like that, some say you need to own the character or art in question to report. If you aren't sure what the site's rules are, consider letting the actual owner know so they can make the report. It's more likely to be paid attention to and respected if it's made by the actual owner and not an indignant but uninvolved third party. Plus it lets the owner signal boost their activity or lack thereof in the same way this journal did.
