What is a good digital art program??? Since I don't have a scanner I'll have to get one. Please leave a comment below with a suggestion. (BTW I'm a noob beginner so nothing too too fancy). See ya!!!!!!!!!
commercial: Corel Painter, Photoshop, SAI Paint Tool (cheap and good), newer Open Canvas...
I would recommend SAI Pain Tool... I have used Photoshop, Corel Painter, Art Rage and Open Canvas a bit and I think that SAI Paint Tool is the best one I have ever used... Still it's a subjective opinion...
I know quite a few artists really love SAI.
