I want to figure it out as well 😹 hope someone can explain it here or give some useful advice, i was/am even thinking about asking artists directly X'D btw may can you share what you've doing to advertise?
My experience is limited since i just started but i've been posting ads on da, fa, face, amino, tumblr, discord and toyhouse
The prices i got on the ones i sold were pretty low compared with pieces i see some people selling here but was already an start imo ($10 for two chibis, $40 for two designs containing a few extra stuff (paws view, palette, moodboard)
Rn im trying to sell a design for a little higher fix price and thinking about doing it to the next ones but i got less interest on it so im trying to figure out what i should do next.
how were your experiences?

Completing: the bids i received came from face, da, th and discord. These medias seem to be easier to advertise without having an big audience in my experience and observation ><
My art is barely seem here on fa unless its a raffle and it sucks, 99% of people who join raffles doesnt care about your stuff XD
And also its really hard to make people follow you back or fav your stuff back here. I think its the worst thing, its why i dont understand how some people with really simple stuff (like simple base fills) are able to get expensive bids here, i wonder if they contact the people who can be interested in their stuff or something

Me neither! I suppose they just have good designs or great skills of communication… maybe they know a secret and don’t want to share :(

A friend of mine said I should get advertising banner here but honestly I don’t think i have a lot of good examples…mb someday! I was wondering if someone can make a journal with pointing attention on me or even a whole post on their page. It might help people to know me better and of course that person should have kinda similar content to mine. But as far as I’m concerned I don’t have rage of such kind watchers…

Ah, seems a good idea but you probably would need to ask someone directly, but anyway im sure you would get more attention just by trying to advertise in other medias your art is beautiful!

Я проводила уже две лотереи и проблема в том что приходят люди заинтересованные только в халяве, большинству все равно на моих адоптов( последняя лота вообще себя не оправдала

Адопты такая себе тема, пробовала - знаю. Лучше делать лоты на ючи или халявные арты

Ну, в обоих случаях я делала доты на арты, а не на адоптов, так что номер гиблый

I'm not famous either but have been experiencing boosts in watchers recently so maybe what I've got to say will help you! Try to post something every day def hard to do but it can be as simple as colored sketches (full bodies seem to get more then headshots. Can also sketch a bunch of stuff one day and post them through out the week!), doing stuff related to what gives you the most favs (in my case for a while was drawing one of my sonas called Jo with them being in vore situations and also just vore in general, yeah I accidentally became a vore artist :'3), def find the niche that fits to you thats easy and enjoyable to draw (for me this was vore BUT always make sure to have stuff in the back burner that isn't related to what your mostly drawing to help avoid burn out! tho I haven't posted them I've sketched out and drawn just some general non vore stuff so I won't burn out), ychs they seem to sell more then commissions but this varies from artist to artist some fun and wacky ones to mix up the ych market is always fun (like once a long time ago I did a ych that was semi heist themed with characters stealing a shopping cart, people liked how wacky it was), collabs and art trades I've mainly only dealt with the art trade side of things but this can cause a small boost and gives you stuff to post for dailies when you can't think of what to draw! Having different branches of audiences can be great if you can work with it (I'm still trying to figure out how to do this myself since I've basicly became mainly only a vore artist but do want to branch back out to normal stuff as well) but don't get to disheartened if it's hard to keep up. Hopefully this was helpful!

Unfortunately the main problem is that I mostly trying to sell adopts and it’s kinda hard to make them everyday and since I can’t post more than 3 reminders per day I’ll be forced to leave some of them behind…Probably I will try to post some portraits soon and see what happens

Yeah the adopt market def has suffered as of recently but gaining a bigger audience might actually help with that since it can bring more customers in, def keep track of all of your adopts and when you see any boosts in watchers post a mass reminder! I'd recommend trying to find a balance between non adopts posts and adopt posts like limit how many you make a day and mainly only focus on marketing those few while posting some other different drawings and if they don't sell within a time limit thats when you go to different adopts with again the whole idea of when a boosts happen you do one mass adopt reminder post so those old adopts can get some attention but your not sacrificing to much time. maybe only make 3 adopts per week or two and if they don't sell or get bids within 2 weeks move on to the next batch. I'm very hit and go when it comes to making adopts so I'm not too too knowledgeable but do have some info on the topic hopefully it helps.

No problem! I feel that, I've had a few adopts and ychs that have suffered that same fate all favs but no bites, all we can do is try and see what works and what doesn't! I wish you luck!
