An alternative could be like a form of Invoice to avoid PayPal's censors. Do not list it as a NSFW transaction, and do not send the Comic through PayPal (I am unsure if you can anyways.) But once paid for, you can send them the comic through email or something, or through a discord. Just make the Invoice listed as "Commission" with the Comic's price.

It is extra steps, but it is a solution or a temporary one until you find a better one.

itch.io might be a good option. They allow comics in addition to video games. NSFW, too.
