It seems you arent the only one with the same problem.

Another artist had the same thing and he used Payoneer.

For international artists i am assuming the asian Countries, seems the Government and politics
there created probably new rules that does nothing to help people so i dont know why
they would do such a thing.

At some point, furries who want art, they will go out of their way and use Payoneer im sure.

It sucks.

There are plenty of countries that cannot use PayPal.

In my case, both the government and PayPal are not sympathising with the users. I know the government wants taxes. But, this is so bullshit that they told everyone to submit an official paper to become merchant, then PayPal told us a week ago that they cancel that policy because our government sucks. They want taxes, but they just forbid individuals to find works online.

Why would not they just automatically deducted taxes, and be done with it? It is because, moreover, PayPal is just as incompetence as the gov and greedy too. Other e-services in my country have to pay income tax for operating in Thailand as well. For example, Steam just covers the taxes and change zero price in their stores.
