Hello! rex64 and cherryraptor here! We thought it would be nice to put together a T.O.S. for our buyers! It's nice and simple, with as little restriction as possible to ensure our buyers can enjoy their new designs to the fullest! ♥

⦁ Buyer must send full payment before receiving the design file(s).
⦁ We do not offer refunds, please assume all sales are final.
⦁ Editing the original images is not allowed without the artists clear permission. This includes, but is not limited too:
- Removing the watermark on the image.
- Editing the design's colors or markings to repost.
- Editing the art to include spines, spikes, horns, wings, ect.
- Any other adjustments to the original artwork.
Things which you can do with your separate files include:
- Cropping the reference to be used as a icon.
- Asking for a transparent of the design to add a block color, for banners or icons.
If you're reposting our art to be used as reference or for banners / icons / ect, we must be created for the original artwork!
⦁ Once the design is fully paid for, the design is the new owner(s) to do with as they wish. Some examples may include:
- Reselling, trading, or gifting the design
- Deciding your own names, accessories, personalities, other forms, ect
- Changing the design in any way after purchase (so long as you do not edit our original art to do so)

By purchasing one of our designs, you are automatically agreeing to these terms of service!
While you are not required to follow terms added after your purchase of a design, we'd be really grateful if you did! ♥
