The welcome back to the community has been AMAZING! I cannot express my gratitude to those who have shown me love and engaged with my art in any capacity.
To those who have commissioned me? You guys are ROCKSTARS and have been a blast to work with! I look forward to bringing you new works in the future!
To those who have had the heart to donate to me... Y'all have touched my heart so deeply. I cannot say thank you enough.
The road through life with autoimmune disorders is a very rough and rocky one. It's also an extremely expensive one. For instance, ONE MRI co-pay to keep an eye on the progress of my AS and how badly degenerated my discs are, is $510.
At this point, the sales will have to continue because I have 3 MRIs scheduled which are meant to assess multiple portions of my spine and joints dealing with AS and Psoriatic Arthritis. I have multiple tests that need to be run to see how my kidneys are handling medication load and how Lupus has affected things with my heart (it LOVES TO mess with organs and functions). I'm not asking for a pity party, but I do feel the need to be transparent and it certainly feels good to get things off my chest and be able to talk in a setting where no one is judging me. I think that's party of the beauty of the Furry Community.
That said... I will be running an interesting series with a chance for your characters to interact with mine in a rather unique and... well... sexy way.
My goal, right now, is to be able to pay off at least $1000.00 of my medical bills within the next two weeks, and avoid them going to collections because taking a hit to my credit right now is absolutely not going to help me in any way. It'll only make things worse as I try to navigate through life with a new farm and trying to get through winter when the cost of propane (the source of heat for this house) is ridiculously expensive.
Regardless... Thank you guys for everything.
Also... You'll be able to catch me streaming and interact with me in that capacity soon too! How cool will it be to watch your commissioned/YCH pieces come to life in real time?!
