I'm just putting it out there that I'm not dead but I feel pretty close to it. I'm dealing with almost constant dizziness and now nausea. At some point I should see a doctor. I'm sorry for the delays.

that's... not good... and could be like... a lot of random stuff that is easily fixed or complicated. I'd suggest seeing one as soon as you can. I had minor symptoms akin to those, among others, that I just shrugged off and ended up in the hospital and had a softball sized growth from my guts... so yeah... doc is highly recommended for the betterment of your health.
