Clients should contact the Artist through the social media accounts or email where possible. Other mediums of communication may be available upon request.
The Artist reserves the right to decline commission requests for any reason.
The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any point due to: poor communication, rude or inappropriate behaviour, harassment.
In case of any difficulty with the language, the Artist communicates in English (basic to intermediate) and Spanish (native).
All prices are set, and will be paid in EUR (โฌ)
Payments will be made through PayPal invoices, or in some cases PayPal.Me.
A sketch will be provided to be approved by the Client before payment. No further progress will be made until payment has been received.
Payment less than 100 EUR must be paid up-front.
Payment more than 100 EUR may be paid in installments, as agreed upon by the Artist. Partial payment must still be made up-front.
Prices vary depending on type, complexity, and content of images.
Client must provide clear reference (images and/or sufficient text) before receiving a final price quote. Client needs to clarify the possible details that can not be clearly seen in the references in order to be able to add these characteristics to the final piece.
Addition of a detail that was not included in the final image, but was included in references, will be completed by the Artist free of charge. For example, correction of a mistake, or addition of something such as a ring that wasnโt noticed to be missing.
Client may direct alterations during the sketch phase. Major alterations after the sketch phase (such as changing the pose or the general concept of the commission) may incur fees.
If the Client requires a deadline within one week of starting the commission, there may be additional fees.
In the event of a refund, it will be processed through PayPal.
The Artist will provide a refund in the event of (but not limited to): unforeseen circumstances that prevent the completion of the image, expiration of deadlines.
The amount refunded will depend on the amount of work completed.
Refunds will not be provided in the event of: Clientโs change of mind, Client wanting the money back to use on something else.
The Client may be provided a partial refund if the image is between the sketch and flat colour phases.
The Client may not be provided a refund if the image is between the flat colour phase and completion.
The Artist may post public progress images through their Telegram channel and Twitter
Full, unwatermarked images will not be provided until payment is completed.
The Artist retains all rights to produced images, including the rights to upload watermarked images, and create prints and merchandise. The client may ask for exception. The client will be credited where the image is uploaded.
The Artist may recycle rejected preparation work (such as sketches) for other commissions or personal work.
The Client retains all rights to their respective characters. This does not extend to the commissioned image. The client will not profit from sales of the commissioned image.
The Client may upload the watermarked image to their personal gallery, however the Artist must be credited.
The Client may not alter the commissioned image without the Artistโs permission, and the Artist must be acknowledged as the original creator of the image.
The Artist will not alter images created by other artists without the creatorโs permission. Proof of permission must be provided.
The Client may only commission artwork of characters that are: owned by the Client, represented in popular media and not copyrighted (fan art), or owned by another person and the Client has consent by the owner (proof of consent may be requested).
The Artist will only provide NSFW or sexual commissions to Clients over 18 years of age. Proof of age may be requested.
NSFW extras such as cum edits, extra clothes, edit expressions, etc may include additional fees
Under no circumstances will the Artist depict underage characters in sexual or otherwise NSFW situations. โ
The artist will not depict any of the following in commissions: cub / minors, rape/non-con, preg, diapers, snuff, scat, messy creampies, vomit, human x feral โ
The artist may decline commissions that depict the following (will be decided on a case to case basis): complex mechanics, gore, feral anatomy.
Certain things may be illegal in your location. It is your responsibility to make sure you do not commission something illegal to possess in your area. The Artists accepts no responsibility for any consequences.
The Artist reserves the right to update and edit these Terms of Service.
The Client must read, understand, and accept these Terms of Service before entering a contract with the Artist.
By sending the payment, the Client agrees to these terms.
