For the last... hmm, year or so, maybe slightly less than that, I've been building and painting Warhammer 40k for the first time since I was a teenager. I'm honestly not really interested in getting into the wargaming side of things, but I love the models and find painting extremely relaxing.

Most recently I've been making use of the Games Workshop contrast paints, and painting up some Tyranids in the classic colours of Hive Fleet Kraken. And, while I'm not a great painter by any means, I'm really proud of the paint-jobs I've been able to produce!

But yeah! I'm loving the hobby, and finding it a really fun and relaxing way of spending some of my free time while watching streams/youtube etc. Any other warhammer builders/painters out there? What are you working on at the moment, and please share your own painting pics if you have them. <3 <3
