He COULD make a new agreement, with the new Ukraine government and the EU to save Sevastopol base

See, Russia here is doing the exact same thing that the U.S. would usually do, here.

When we do offensive military action, we pretend that it's "defense" or "it's not war, it's limited target strikes" and come up with all these crazy phrases, but here, this is how Russia is acting. But what Russia is doing is an offensive attack and this obviously IS considered an act of war.

Not for nothing but the U.S. is actually considered the biggest threat to world peace, given how we have the most powerful military that the human race has ever seen and we weigh wars on countries that never attacked without letting congress even declare it. It's unacceptable when the U.S. does it and it's definitely unacceptable when Russia does it. But this is what Russia wants to do now and it boils my anger. I am also totally pissed that U.S. right-wingers are giving praise to Putin and Russia for being "savvy" and "genius" and how he's "peacekeeping" the country. The same party that hated Putin previously, now love him because of bipartisan reasons. -________-;;;;

It feels like he's been planning this since the 2014 Ukrainian revolution. Crimea was just the beginning. Those stories about independent people of the Dombass was just a pretense for a Casus Belli, even blind people could see it. He just want to expand Russia.

I also laugh at European leaders (especially mine, Macron) who met the mad-man thinking they could bring him back to reason, they don't remember Neville Chamberlain's experience with another expansionist mad-man ? Trying, trying and trying again to obtain peace with someone who just wants war.
