Actually, this has both been suggested by others and also is something I've thought a bit about myself. I did a sketch on a related idea a while back, so I might pick it up from there on one of the days.

There's some ideas that I kinda had thought of:

A macro experiment gone wrong, and now the macro is out and about in the city, curious about what to do with his newfound size.
A kaiju awakens after years of being dormant, and now he's trying his best to adjust to modern life. :P
A macro uses some buildings to squeeze them between their toes for a pedicure session.
A ritualistic summoning of a demon somehow worked out well, but now the demon's horny for some sacrifices~

That's just some ideas I can come up with at the moment, but here you go~

Given how I'm currently in a macro ant mood, I might have some ideas to share inspired off of pics I've found:

Ant grows huge, foot looming over a city, ready to stomp it down, like the bugs they are.
Ant colony, now having gotten grown to human size (while the humans were small), try to get adjusted to living the human life, curious about the human contraptions...
Giant ant is sent in as a "human exterminator", now having gotten used to the equipment that was originally used to kill their kind. Turns out, it's pretty effective against humans, and even more so!
Ants try out some human clothing, and it's fitting pretty nicely! Even their new body shapes allow them to wear shoes and footwear, to which there are humans in the shoes not expecting ANT FEET to be coming towards them...
Having gotten familiar with adjusting to their new life, the ants try to now see about the new pests that are wandering about, so they take things into their own hands, using the skills of their species to build contraptions of their own to trap the humans.
An anthro ant is seen hanging out with other anthros that are around their size, having a nice lunch, unaware that there are micro humans in their food. It can be like there's a zoom-in of the ant maw as the ant starts to take a bite out of their food, with a mawshot and a view of the tiny humans in the food.
Ants are seen walking about, unaware that tiny humans are about to get stomped by their bare feet, or with them wearing footwear. The feet are seen looming overhead, as they take their steps, the feet stepping on the tinies with each step.

....and a couple more I might do if I can get more motivated. :)
