From a site called MQEmulator (I thought it was Moe Mulator at first!) there's a nice looking cockatrice monster. I think it's from EverQuest?
And the Witcher's bestiary has spawned yet another article.
The headline The Worst Dark Souls bullshit is back coming up when I was looking for basilisk references gave me pause, but then I saw the picture. Yow. Really taking after the bulging-eyed toad side of the family there, aren't you buddy?
A sculpture of a sculpture maker...what goes around comes around. A slightly "derpy" entry from Attic Studios.
More RPG material but of the 3d variety: Cockatrice work in progress. Though the pictures seem pretty dated--back to 2014? Not sure why they're only showing up now. But there's lots of close up detailed pictures of great craftsmanship!
A four-winged fellow here for 3d printing by ClayBeastCreation.
Very nice flowing wings and good balance on one leg with this resin miniature. Looks like the vendor has a nice selection.
Standard fare from WTHStudios. The base has "Cock-A-Doodle-Doo" which...I won't comment on.
Pictures of a painted miniature by K.C. Holt. I haven't been able to pick myself off the ground with my tail like that for....years. Maybe time for a diet.
I've probably put up a link to something like this in the past, but who can say no to a nest?
A familiar picture to me, at any rate: This is hanging up in my office thanks to a certain badger.
I may have to pay more attention to RedBubble, they've showed up a few times in the last couple of months with items.
Cockatrice Duvet cover
T-shirt design. This might be a repeat? But it looks good, so...
A nice onesie for a baby. Adorable! Pattern available on throw pillows and as a sticker.
Beautiful artwork from Yihyoung Li. Pretty big fellow there!
Neat little engraving here that seems to be for the cassette tape recordings of Betwixt & Between, a musical group with a dedication to heraldry that I can admire.
And also in the heraldry camp, a patch by Jeff Bass, who has quite a few "cryptid patches" for sale.
Get tickets to the Doom and Bloom show, which looks to be some sort of improv event in New Zealand. The artwork reminded me of Spike and Mike's Animation Festival promotional material, though I don't think those two ever did a cockatrice.
And I think I've mentioned this PBS special before but someone pointed it out again:
Basilisk or Cockatrice? The Mysterious King of Serpents

Like...ported over to D&D? Digimon are supposed to be information, deep down, so I guess they'd be at home there as well as anywhere else. :>

Given 5e D&D monster rules, yeah. Snickelsox's main project is the Retroverse, a vaporwave-inspired version of D&D, so dangers from the adventure cartoons of your childhood are right in the middle of his work.
