I would be very sorry to see you go, and I hope you can find the motivation to create more art, but you have to do what you think is best for you.

idk if it's the motivation to work on it than it is finishing. I've always had difficulty finishing anything. games, art, etc.

I've tried to write dozens of stories and have finished maybe 2. If a simple sketch doesn't count as "finished", I've never finished a single drawing I've started. But that's not the reason I don't post my work (it's because I fear criticism/rejection). It's a bit different with written works, but personally I DO think a simple sketch can be "finished". You might need to try different things, or talking to someone in person. The point is, whether something you've worked on/are working on is finished, and whether your unfinished work should or shouldn't be shown to others, is up to you. As I said, I really hope you stick around, even if you don't post any more work (though I also hope you do), but you have to do right by yourself. It's possible you just need a break.

maybe just a long break is what you need. A couple months to collect yourself. Love your stuff. your one of the artist that got me into this.

I would suggest taking a break for a little bit. Everyone needs a break every now and then, including from their hobbies.

There is no requirement for you to churn out art on the regular!
Some people put out one piece a year and that's perfectly alright. You just finished a big animation project a month ago! THAT'S SOMETHING TO BE PROUD OF!

Rakeesh basically summed it up perfectly. You don't have to upload all of the time or on a set schedule. Its okay to take a break from work and rest.

I'd think it would be rather sad to see you go but it is always important what makes you the happiest, Legend. I am definitely glad for all the kind words you have exchanged with me in the community (for me personally it is FA rather than any otehr platform online but I know that differs from person to person) as well as the times you have let Shiny have the honor to be one of a few Totodiles in your projects. ^_^
