It will not work really - as almost every russian bank is out of SWIFT system therefore sending/receiving money from it - its not possible and as paysend is based in USA they also cannot send money to putin war countries - so you will also do not get your money at all (unless you are in one of the banks that are not blocked yet - but this will also change in near future as usa based companies soon will be prohibited from doing businesses with naziregime. Here you have some latest scam bewares ( https://www.trustpilot.com/review/paysend.co.uk ) but thats probably because uk is also suspending money deal with russian country...
