Yep, from what we've heard, russian artist and other kind of users were threatened of PayPal shutdown, and from what it was supposed to be, they got it down before the planned date by the company, which is outrageous, weren't they supposed to prepared a time to shutdown the service at a certain date to let the users having to finnish business ? Well, looks like they don't care. But that shutdown is a perfect example of Stupid Western Sanction, what would really happen with that shutdown ? NOTHING! It will not help about the war, as shutting down the service is a complete mistake, Putin is not a big user of the platform, and do he really need it to perform his wealth ? And for his government, do they really care about keeping or loosing PayPal ? OF COURSE NOT! THEY DON'T FUCKING CARE! They don't need it at all cost for their personnal wealth, but russian artist however need it, as like in the rest of the worlds, there are peoples who can't do others things than drawings and selling them, because they have medical troubles, either physical or mentally, so shutting down the service is a complete jerky worthless political/economical sanction. And for the ones who would say: It will motivate the russians to overthrow their leader. You have no Idea of the real level of Putin's Power over the country. Plus, let's make some appointment about Russian's History from those 30 years.

-1: After the USSR fall, Chechny became independant, and what happen after this ? The new State leadership decided to show it by striking a terrorist attack at Moscow, just after their independance, resulting in a counter-attack by Russia, which was a disaster due to bad military leadership. Even after agreements between the 2 states, Chechnya stood still too arrogant for their Independance, keeping being somehow an annoyance for Russia, that Putin decided to cross the step, and annex the State, and he did it, sure it has been condemned, but it was a respond against annoyers who sticked their baton against the bear's butt believeing he will still be quiet, but he swallowed them to make it stop.

-2: Crimea has been annexed by Putin because NATO kept growing against the constitution after USSR's fall to not threatening Russia by including Ex-Soviet countries in their alliance, but USA have the worst leadership of the Western Powers, why ? It's simple, the Second Gulf War was illegal, and all of the clues showed by the CIA against Iraq were fakes, and the worst was Bush and the Congress tried to make involved France and UK in this mess, but only France stood against it with a "No", and so what happen after that ? We suffered from a stupid brainless bashing with irrelevant and disformed history fact, especially about WW2, and yet today, there are still brainless people who believed that this war was legitimate, but after it, the inspection prooved that we were right, and that put USA with a bad mark, which it still bear it today, and Biden is not doing things to clean for good, because US government is leaded by Warmongers and others Idiots who have no knowledges over foreign countries, culture and people. There has been statements to prevent threats against Russia after USSR falls, but Western powers decided otherwise after the years passing by.

-3 Now about Ukraine, Yep Putin decided to cross the step, even if he got some reaons, I don't support what he did, even though after seeing a document from the UN about "Fighting Nazism Ideology Over the world", prepare yourself, because what I've seen ,is outrageous, and also shocking for many of you United States and Ukraine Signed No, while many european countries standed for Abstention, including France. Plus the fact that there's has been agression towards people for their belief and origins, but that happen for both sides, either for Pro-Europe or Pro-Russia, both sides people suffered from rapes, agressions and murder, but the latter 1 is smaller, so Putin though that he had to do something about it, while Ukraine already suffered from a Civil War in 2014 about what ? NATO inclusion of Ukraine, the most step crossing of the statements against Russia, and so, it is unfortunatly ongoing from there.

All of this to say that Putin Crossed step because he feeled threaten by Western Powers, and seeing how much NATO grows over the years, it could be understandable, but it still not a reason to start a war, but the shutdown of PayPal will NEVER impact the ongoing conflict, and will only Devastate russian just for nothing.
