you qualify for $30 off your monthly cell phone bill or monthly Internet access bill.

Just be careful. There are scammers posing as part of the affordable-connectivity-program.
My rule is: if they come to me = probably a scam. If I go to them (and I am sure it is a real government website) = probably legitimate.
