All the sanctions against Russia are pointless; they only hurt the people, and it couldn't be any clearer that Putin and his cabal of power-mad sociopaths don't give a flying f*ck about the Russian People! We NEVER had it this bad, but I've been ashamed to be an American since the orange troll rose to power! Common citizens never want war, it doesn't matter what country we're in, we just want to live our lives and support our families as best we can! That doesn't seem like too much to ask! But those in power couldn't care less; More violence! More war! No amount of human suffering could ever be too much if it means even the chance at even the smallest scrap of MORE power! Sometimes I think politicians are like mad dogs; the only thing to be done is to put them down before anyone else gets hurt!

The sanctions aren't made to make the folk suffer, they're there to stop money influx for the regime to stop them from affording the war, and for that it's certainly a correct move. But it *is* sad that innocent people suffer because of it...
Most leaders know that war isn't the solution. Sadly there's always the few exceptions who just have too big of an ego to care about what their actual job is: Representing their people.

A bit excessive but I agree with a lot of your points. The sanctions however were a necessary evil, sad but need to be done to stop putin by removing his funding to continue said war.

Putin does need to be stopped though. He's a power hungry tyrant who would step over a mountain of Russian and Ukrainian corpses to achieve his bloodthirsty goal.

The sanctions hurt the common little guy working for a living most. Putin has billions in private banks because he's a thief AND a tyrant. Outright needs to be assassinated and the government infrastructure toppled, rebuilt from the ground up with GOOD and HONEST people at the helm.

Blaming and penalizing the citizens of an entire country for a war only a handful wanted is the same as taking a farmers crop to penalize a king. All that it really does is take away the little guys livelihood. Both their food and their profit. Blaming all for the actions of a few is stereotyping. Worse yet, bullying them, as stated like kicking a wounded soldier when they're down. What's next from morons that do these things? Hate the sinner not the sin shit? Torture and Cut off the legs of paraplegics cause they can't feel it? Hating on handicaps and penalizing others for birth defects?... end rant. Went off on a tangent.

Truth be told. Just hope that the smaller lesser known payment methods like buymeacoffee just don't get hit. It's kinda shitty how... imagine you literally have family in Russia and you want to send them money to support them, but can't because PayPal and other options have blocked it.

It also sickens me when I saw people celebrating that payoneer was blocked in Russia. Those people give 0 shits about the common person. Just look up payoneer on twitter and you will see what I mean!

Well apparently buymeacoffee doesn't fully work anymore either. It let's you send them money but then the money is in a hold loop and some can't transfer it out to their banks. I'm in the US and most obscure methods won't work regardless because our own moronic president decided to make an executive order that prevents Capital one, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and JCB and a few other card types have been blocked from Russian transactions

I feel really bad for the Russian citizens. They are being completely upheaved because of an egomaniacs personal choices. Putin is like a 3 yo with a gun
