various countries who still have citizens within russia advised their citizens to be mindful about the things they say in public or online via social media as there is a risk that foreign citizens will also be arrested for speaking out against the war while they are within russian borders.

it should go without saying that I would advise anyone currently outside russia who spoke out against the war online via social media or other platforms to avoid entering russia for the foreseeable future
