UPDATE on the COMMISSIONS GUIDE

I UPDATED THE COMMISSIONS GUIDE , prices are unchanged.
to avoid any unpleasant surprise from now on , i will make the rough sketches for a commission ONLY AFTER payment is recieved.
So i changed the order of steps 4 to 7.
for anyone who is in the queue right now I will still apply the old rules though
