https://boosty.to seems the best option right now for russians. Especially since as of this morning payoneer made sure that professional artists cannot be paid via buymeacoffee
(neither wise nor payoneer work anymoretowards, just direct transfer, but you cannot choose direct transfer if you told BuyMeACofee that you are a professional artist and gave them your tax stuff, you are therefore forced to use payoneer, wise or Strype, none of which works as of today)

• it's based on mail.ru (same company).
• accepts paypal.
i'm working on making a tutorial for that too, and i will see if i can get this posted today.

I literally solved nothing and while i tired many roads i literally cannot solve the baseline problem that is there.
Adding "patch on top of another patch" is not "fixing the problem".

What I am disappointed is that I didn't see an option to payout straight to russian card (russia wasn't in the list of countries).
But there are Yandex Money wallet and other options, which I even used years ago, so I guess I can create one for boosty. Would def loose a lot of money this way, but we have what we have.
