I won the charity auction on TheDealersDen from the Wingfur Team!!!** Other than being an empath therefore already compelled to help where I can during this war, I'm deeply connected do to my roots. I'm 1/4 Ukrainian, only the third generation living in the United States. My grandfather fled his home country at an elementary/primary school age. He had to learn three languages before he was even 10yrs old: Ukrainian, German, then English. His mother and aunt took their only children at the time and left their home. His father was taken as a POW so they lost all contact with him during that time (I think a couple years). By some miracle they ALL arrived in Buffalo, NY and found each other! Although my grandfather had a happy ending, the news of what's happening right now is causing all those traumatic memories of fighting for survival to resurface. While I'm excited for my first fullsuit, I'm more so anxious for the Wingfur Team's safe relocation. I hope they make it safely.
