According to ukrainian sources, invading russian troops are setting up and placing weapons in civilian areas. this was the case in Tschernihiw in the north where the russians placed heavy weapons between houses of civilian residential areas as well as on farms. in the south, russian troops disguised themselves as civilians on their advance on Mykolaiw.
