hey hey! i have officially confirmed a date with my surgeon for gender-affirming top surgery, which will be on the 1st of june 2022! i'm super excited to finally have a flat chest, top surgery is something i've wanted for yeaaars and to finally have it be so close is crazy 0-0

since surgery is kind of a big deal, i will be going on a commission hiatus from the start of june, up until around when i can consider myself able to draw again. my surgeon has said this might be anywhere between a week and a month, so i'm not fully sure how long the hiatus will be at this point. i'll be doing regular commissions up until then, and i'll make sure to get everything done before june so i don't have anyone waiting like an extra month for something. we're a few months out at this point, but i figure being transparent with everyone who has a commission or is wanting a commission from me will be the best in the long run :>

additionally, top surgery is expensive as hell ;;
i've got everything covered for the surgeon + anesthetist's fees thanks 2 my savings and bc im still under my parent's insurance, but there's still a bunch of extra sundry fees involved like. the hotel i'll have to stay in for a week because the surgeon is in different city, post-op garments, and anything else that might just pop up. this is by no means required but if you've got a few extra bucks you're willing to share, i'd really super appreciate if you could send it my way via my ko-fi - https://ko-fi.com/rainsnowflowers
