My friend 
has succesfully escaped the war in Ukraine. I have been helping them with the escape, making plans in the new home country, teaching them the new language, and helping them live a better life. The difference has been HUGE for them, they are now safe, don't need to worry about constant bombing, shortage of food, or a safe and warm place to spend the night.
