stand once in a while, it will save you from so many issues with your back and shoulders... and potentially a lot of days out of work bc of bad back etc down the road.

To be honest, I'm glad that I am forced to go to the office again, because it makes me move myself. And well, because the furniture there is of right configuration to be comfortable. Maybe I'd even add gym again later @_@
