Aaaah I honestly don't know when I'll be able to have a stable connection. I'm so sorry

We thought it'd be a one or two days ordeal but it's been over two weeks now I'm at a loss. We've been told it'd be fixed days ago with the new modem, but apparently they sold us an "older" version they don't support anymore?? And yet we bought the specific one from their website?!? Idk why they'd do that but now we signed up with a new company so hopefully it'll be settled soon.

Anyways, I'm sorry again. I keep my phone on airplane mode most of the time cause I don't want to get hit with 10$/mb used on my bill by accident. Si if I haven't replied to you, that's why. And damn I feel horrible about it. I apologize so much
