In a word, Bullying.

It is a reality in today's world, sadly; it is present in the fandom, in our day to day lives and our workplaces.

I have been a victim of bullying in the workplace, but one of the artists I enjoy following,  Tydrian has been a victim of bullying here on FA.

The bullying has been so bad for Tydrian, that he has stated his desire to quit the community, and I cannot blame him in the least. I quit the job where I was being bullied. I didn't get any support from my peers, or management.

I refuse to let Ty feel like he is alone. Though I don't know him personally, I plan to stand with him. I will stand shoulder to shoulder with him if he allows it.

Bullies like targets that they feel are easy prey; individuals who don't appear to have a support system or friends to back them up.

You have me, Tydrian. I stand with you.

To all the bullies out there, a word of advice; you're not as tough as you believe yourself to be if your confidence comes from tearing others down.
