Given how vulnerable Disney was in the late 1980's, I think just these two sabotages would be enough to make them collapse (unless the CIA bailed them out). I snuck into the stuidos and stole the scripts for both The Lion King and The Little Mermaid. I then go back a few years and give them to former Disney guy turned independent producer (or director) Don Bluth. Bluth makes them instead. Without the Little Mermaid and Lion King, Disney folds or is now a forever shadow of Walt's days.

I also convince Bluth, for the heck of it, to work on the Land Before Time and American Tale sequels personally rather than give them to Comcast. I also convince him, not because I hate it, but because I see so much hate for it from others and want to make sure that he doesn't hurt his chances of finishing off Disney, I convince him NOT to make Secret of NIHM 2.

Films like Aladdin wouldn't happen (unless I could manage to steal those scripts too and give them to Bluth (or someone else, as I don't want Bluthcorp to be a Giant Mr. Mouse either.) and Pixar makes Toy Story and all but without Disney control.

Also, I convince George Lucas, when the time is right, to make Rogue One and Mandalorian, but not the sequles or Solo (though it wasn't that bad).

So we never see Rey, the tech workers in 2015 were never laid off and made to train their H1B replacements, and Disney never bought 21th century Fox or Marvel or the others.

I also, for the heck of it, to get some decent spidey movies, convince Sony to listen to Raimi and so we get at least Spiderman 4, if not more. I also convince them to make Amazing Spidermn 3, so that Raimi and the other guy will compete and make ones that would beat the Disney trilogy out of the water (or what WOULD have been the Disney trilogy.)

And, to top it all off, since Disney died in the 1990's, it never sold out to China.
