Is Zhen from KFP 4 a female Nick Wilde?

I haven't seen Zootpia, and obviously KFP4 isn't out yet, but from what I've heard about the two characters, they bear a lot of similarities:
Fox (and similar animation styles too it seems)

Work with a Justice Fighter Against a female villain (in Zootopia it's Judy Hopp (Cop) vs. the crooked mayor, in Zooptia, it's Po (kung fu fighter, who has been shown to fight crime both in the movies and TV shows) vs. the Chamaeleon in Kung Fu Panda 4)
