Well, today is recovering day from the con. How lovely it was to be at a con again. So wonderful to see old friends for the first time in almost three years and to chat with a lot of fans at their first con. I was happy to see everyone safely masked and following protocols, even on Monday when the nas mandates were officially dropped. Just over 2,000 attendees were obviously ready to have a good time and general mood was very positive and upbeat. Sales were good, lots of excellent conversations and a fun last night dinner at the Old Spaghetti factory with a fun crowd, I I had an excellent time! My only complaint was it was freezing in the dealers room. Really should have brought my winter coat. My next In person con will be Anthrocon and I can’t wait. Till then, there will be livestreaming and working on commissions and Patreon art intermingled with personal art. Gearing up slowly to a return to normal. Great to see some of you there!
