Dancing Through Life...
Hey all!
Hope you are all doing well. I realized I never gave an update at the end of last year or start of this year so I'm fixing that!
Our first con back was MFF 2021 and that was seriously incredible. That con felt like it had the magic back as well, with people being really performative in suit. It was my favorite MFF since my first one! Was so nice to catch up with folks and just be in a con environment again. Brought Twinky Arts Gale and Dew and it was so nice to see so many people hype to see them!
2022 started off as a bummer, skipping out on NYE plans to prep for Further Confusion but the Omicrom outbreak dashing those plans. Thankfully we got our flights and hotel refunded. Hopefully we can finally do our first Further Confusion next year!
In February we attended Anthro New England and it was so surreal to go to the con I started as just an attendee. I really enjoyed myself cause of a great group of friends and spending so much time with them. Got to do some fun 90s outfits for myself, Gale and Dew, and just vibes out to tons of 90s music!
Last weekend I wad at Furnal Equinox and it was a dream come true to be back in Toronto seeing my Canadian friends! We spent Thursday exploring the city like usual, I went to the Hockey Hall of Fame for the first time and that was fucking rad! Enjoyed lots of yummy local cider and beer and even some Ice Wine my French Canadian friends brought me! I brought Twinky Arts Gale and Nexus for that con and I had a great time making 80s outfits for myself and Gale! Smudge, Strobes and I did a flash mob of Aerobics Workouts in con space Friday and I finally competed in a Dance Comp again, I was proud of my performance, can't wait to share it with you all! FE was freaking incredible, god I love that con!
My only other two solid cons I have planned at Anthrocon and MFF for this year. Maybe Furpoc depending on what us locals decide to do. Otherwise I'm hoping to spend some PTO to go visit folks outside of cons.

it’s such a massive bummer FC didn’t work out this year. hopefully next year in san jose I can buy you a drink and hear some of your crazy con staffing stories!!

Oh yay, I'm planning on doing AC this year, too!! My first con back was FurTheMore and I had a blast. It was so nice to get to see people again. Looking forward to seeing you this Summer, it's been too long!
