Before even reading my T.O.S, NOTE! I will NOT take any work on from anyone that supports Zoophiles like DHC. I know there are others and WILL refuse work if you are rude as well.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Please familiarize yourself with this post before commissioning me.
What is written here may be subject to change as it is updated.
Terms of service will be enforced 100%
COPYRIGHT
1. As the artist, I retain ALL rights to the piece.
2. NO ONE is allowed to edit any work from me UNLESS it's sketch to be colored AND you get permission from me.
3. Never remove my signature from any piece.
4. I will not provide any original (.SAI, .Psd, etc.) files.
5. If you upload any of my pieces to your gallery give credit. If you refuse to give credit, any/all artwork of mine not consistent with the rules in your gallery will be reported as stolen and subsequently removed.
6. I am not obligated to keep any works in my account/gallery, or possession.
PRICES & PAYMENT
1. All prices are subjective and usually not negotiable.
2. I accept Paypal and CashApp ONLY.
3. I will not draw: cub porn, scat, bestiality, zoophilia, nsfw baby fur stuff, watersports,
use of personal characters that do not belong to you without permission, and anything made to harass or demean others. Anything else that is risque, ask and I will let you know.
4. All prices paid for any work are private information.
5. If payment is not received in 48 hours, your commission will be considered cancelled. If there is an issue contact me.
6. Payment is expected before any work is started unless I have stated otherwise
ORDERING
1. If you are ordering note/DM it to me in the proper format.
2. All communication will be done through notes or DMs unless stated otherwise
3. You must either have an actual reference sheet, a very detailed description, or multiple images of characters/concepts you wish to commission. Characters without a visual reference may cost extra. Complex characters or concepts may cost extra.
4. Keep notes/DMs to a minimum. Don't spam my inbox with short random messages. Get everything together before you send the initial note/DM.
6. I will not put you on the list until I receive the full payment.
7. Turn around time varies but expect 3 months from final payment (on occasion sometimes longer but not past 6 months) as a base turnaround. I do large batches of commissions at a time and cannot guarantee yours comes first in the same batch. ( Yours will never be put behind a new batch of commissions)
* life happens sometimes and you will be notified if delays occur where we can come up with a resolution
** some commission batches may have a longer turn around time IF stated in the specifically
All artwork done is copyright © to me, the artist.
You may not profit off artwork serviced (making prints, stickers, etc) unless specifically stated and allowed
Artwork is not to be altered or re-posted unless you are the commissioner or character in the picture.
Any and all edited or re-posted pieces must be sourced back to me regardless.
If there is mistakes in the piece that need to be rectified that are my fault for missing such as markings, tattoos, character specific attributes...etc. It will be done without charge
Other changes to a piece after it has been completed are possible but fees may apply.
