So I called them up (Didn't do it yesterday cause I was fucking fuming and would not have been calm). Turns out they have blocked that account because of ONE error when i made it, I must've fat fingered one of the keys and put 2001 instead of my REAL date of birth which is 2000 and when they saw my passport didnt match with the date I had registered they removed the account. Still dont see how that makes me a threat, But I was told I can just make a new account. And no they didn't tell me any of this when they blocked the account
